Hello, Can you verify that the code you are using has the "Account Approved" value? I think that you should compare it by "{!status#value}" == "Account Approved". The "not ran" text shows up when a trigger has failed a validation that's why it's didn't work. Let me know how it goes. Thank you, Gian
