I have tried the same in 10.2B. Keeping Ctrl+Shift+A and 'In windows' for Restart OpenEdge AVM. Selecting short cut key works without any issue. Can you please try in new workspace, just creating one project and only modifying this in preference. Please let us know if issue is seen in new workspace also. Thanks, Swathi.
