We can let Gus reply on some specifics of what he meant, but it is always tricky when you throw terms like UNIQUE and GLOBAL around. Practically you need a long list of disclaimers. For ROWID, the point really was that it behaved similarly to how it did before, but there is a new way that the ROWID for a record will change underneath you -- if you update it in a way that causes it to move to a new partition. =
