Hello brettryan, When a Community user joins one of our Community group, as the default behavior is "opt-in", the user will have the group's forum notifications set to ON. Unfortunately that default behavior can't be changed but we already reported an enhancement request with the vendor. However users can very easily change their forum notifications. To do so, you need to go to the group landing page, click the Forum icon and then under "Member Options" you'll see "Manage subscriptions". By following that link you'll be able to set your forum notifications for that group. I took the initiative to update your notifications and from now on you shouldn't receive any.
