Hi Richard, Could you please check if the user's permissions are unchecked for the search components?, if so please login as Administrator and provide the access for the same. To check the user permissions: Setup - users - 'select the user' - Permissions - Edit Permissions. Please let me know if you still face this problem. Regards, Mani.
