Hello, I just tested and I had no issues trying to access the video (it would take about 30 seconds to buffer though). How are you trying to access it? Do you get an error message? () The video can be downloaded and also saved from a web browser by entering the URL directly. What happens if you enter the URL in the URL bar of your web browser? What web browser are you using? I hope this helps.
