This problem is fixed now. The cause was that the server-URL ended with a slash. Removing the slash fixed the problem. To be sure that this was the cause i added the slash to the server-URL again. Studio then showed the status (New/Update) of each Decision Service on the server correctly, but after clicking on the Finish-button i get the error-message again.
