We need more details to reproduce the issue. 1. What i quickly tried is create a doc template and upload an empty file. 2. Create a "create template document' trigger that uses the above doc template. The trigger ran fine and created an empty file. I clicked on the file field which shows a pop-up with empty content. If you can create a sample app reproducing the issue and attach here that would help us to identify the issue quickly. Thanks & Regards, Harsha.
