Hi, 1.Created document template. 2.Created Field of Type Document Template and attached document template created in step-1. 3.Created the Record. 4.Clicked word document file. 5. I able to get popup dialog for download document. Can you please provide some more information which version you are using and any other specific steps to reproduce the issue.
