I found this error at 15:08:28.591 on Friday. Error establishing socket to host and port: test.brixxs.com:1433. Reason: Connection refused: connect]" Since it look over 90 seconds for the connection to fail you may have received a timeout error instead of the actual error. If so, we need to do a better job of reporting the correct error for connections that take a long time (to succeed for fail).
