This is a bug in the schema configuration editor. The DataDirect Cloud OData service does support synonyms. The JSON schema map string created by the schema configuration editor can be updated manually to include synonyms as a work around. Please contact support to file a defect for the schema configuration editor. In the mean time the following page describes how to manually update the schema map string to add synonyms manually. documentation.progress.com/.../index.html Editing this string manually is somewhat error prone. We would be happy to help with that if you want to go that route to work around the issue.
