Looking at the partial log above, it looks like this occurred around 12:45 pm Ireland time, is that correct? We had a problem with the D2C service where it was not receiving any requests at that time. The issue with the service has been corrected. Please try the connection again. If the issue still occurs we can help troubleshoot the problem
