You should be able to subscribe to email already - on the right panel is a 'manage subscription' link which lets you choose which forums' emails you'd like to receive (or a digest). The wording is a little counterintuititve but it helps if you read the right-most column (labelled SUBSCRIBE) as "SUBSCRIBED" or "ALREADY SUBSCRIBE". -- peter
