I think that is the deepest one found so far! It does seem that a 16 level index as an absolute maximum is good enough. It also seems that the worst case of a 16 level index many never occur in the real world at least not given today’s sizings. Unfortunately, we often just deal with the theoretical absolute worst case as opposed to the probably or practical worst case.
