-Mm impacts "FOR EACH" types of queries (not FIND) that are NO-LOCK. Bigger is generally better. Depending on your version and what you are doing with the -prefecth* parameters there may be a point of diminishing returns though. You might also find it helpful to enable "jumbo frames".
