Hi Iram, I was able to reproduce the issue and I think rbf_isChecked() only works on pages with forms (e.g. new, edit, status change). Anyway, since you're on the view page, tokens can be directly used because the values displayed in the UI are the ones stored in the database. Regards, Godfrey
