I'm trying to draw PSC attention to the problems of "big customers" during last year. Unfortunately I don't see any changes in Progress that would help to solve them. And I'm forced to deal with such issues of our big customer almost every day. Worst-case scenario has not yet happened but I feel my powerless in an attempt to prevent it.
