Hello, rbf_getPicklistCode() doesn't work if there is a validation error (using triggers or duplicate records check) on the form. So if I have an alert on page load to get the picklist code on load of a new page (for example), it returns null even if there is a value that's already set on the field. Best way to reproduce: Add a duplicate check on the record name, and have a picklist field with values A,B,C,D, try to create a record by duplicating another record's name and have an alert on load of the page.
