If you encounter the error message above, it is due to a change in our On-Premise Connector We are aware of the error and are working hard to fix it. In the meantime, to workaround the On-Premise Connectivity,The DataDirect Cloud On-Premise Connector must be uninstalled and re-installed. To uninstall the On-Premise Connector, you should access the uninstall programs section of your computer. Then you select Progress DataDirect Cloud On-Premise Connector V2.0. Select uninstall and follow any prompts on your computer. You can find the full instructions and additional help at: http://documentation.progress.com/output/DataDirect/DataDirectCloud/index.html#page/OnPremise/rfi1386348144705.html Once the uninstall has completed, you would then re-install the Progress DataDirect Cloud On-Premise Connector. It can be found on the product download page. You may also psst questions to this forum which is monitored by our technical support team. Note 1: installing the new On-Premise connector over an existing installation may cause a problem where the On-Premise Connector does not pick up the updated needed for Rollbase support.We strongly recommend uninstalling the On-Premise Connector and then re-installing it. Note 2: Reinstalling the On-Premise Connector changes the Connector ID. Any OpenEdge On-Premise data sources defined in DataDirect Cloud must be updated with the new Connector ID.
