Are you having trouble deciding whether you need to select a Cloud data source or an on-premise data source when connecting to DataDirect Cloud to Rollbase? That's ok, the answer may not be immediately clear. You might think that I have Rollbase Private Cloud, this means that I should choose an on-premise data source. This is not necessarily true. The question you should ask is "how do I access my Rollbase instance?" If you access Rollbase publically over the internet even with Rollbase Private Cloud, then the answer is that you should choose a cloud data source in DataDirect cloud. If your Rollbase Private Cloud instance is deployed behind a firewall, then you should choose to create an on-premise data source.
