This is not a standard functionality in the .NET framework. When you google for that topic you’ll find solutions based on IMessageFilter implementations. We considered implementing such a thing in the future to our framework. But haven’t done that yet because there was no demand for that. If this is a high requirement, you might try to add your vote to the Progress idea. Or if you get that use case into our JIRA, we might consider adding that to the framework and we’ll discuss the timing there.
