Hi I have a customer looking for ugrading from Rollbase 2.2 to 4.0. Currently they have 2 rollbase instances by tentants in two different physical box connected by Apache. Also, they have 3 mysql instances with 5 different databases by tenants. Example a001 unix box has my sql instances with RB_DBO and RB_DB1 database users . One of the database user is having more than 5 million records and others have over 1 million. My questions for upgrade are - When upgrading is there a better architecture for tomcat instances , like Using PAS , can we create multiple tomcat instances instead of having 2 tomcat in seperate machine? - How about the mysql database? Is it current architecture good? - Is there a archiving procedure on the existing database so that we can reduce numbe of rows? Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks
