Forgotten sysprogress password

Hi,

Can't get into db's cos i forgot the sysprogress password. Can't get in as administrator, only as a user which doesn't have dba rights.

How do i recover from this situation?

Can i not somehow create relevant records in the _User _UserIO etc tables to recreate the sysprogress user?

In addition when i try to get into Data adminstration to edit the user list, i get the following error "You may not use this function with a blank userid".

The 'normal' user however has a Userid of 1 in the _User table?

Hi,I use Unix Version Progress.
Unix Progress has two administrators,
One of then is 'sysprogress', and other is a OS user that created the database.
Please try to connect to progress using OS user that created database.
If you can connect to progress as DBA, you can set a password of 'sysprogress'
again.
