escript problem..

Back to work after maternity leave and boy am I out of practice..

downloades and "installed" escript to try and figure it out but it just WON'T work!!

I get the escript object working but when I try to use the functions (EXACTLY as in the sample...) it just won't compile..

what could be wrong?
*escript not in propath? I add it but I get a feeling it could be the catch
*you just aren't supposed to compile the html-files in the appbuilder anymore?;p
*something else?
