error while installing openedge 10

Iam trying to install Openedge 10b on a windows 2003 server. while doing the same, i get the below error.

"could not set _szdefaultlanguage in IDC_COMBO1"

and it doesn't display "english" language for selection.

Any help on above will be of great favour.

Go to Progress Knowledge Center and enter "could not set _szdefaultlanguage in IDC_COMBO1" in the search box.

Several possible explanations will be returned.
