Error that annoys me

I've got an error that keeps annoying me.
I keep getting I/O error 32 in fputcxdll, ret -1, file 1(tty), addr 0. (1676)

Can somebody help me?

Can you please let me know what have you find out?
I have just dicovered same error in our DB log file.
We are on progress 8.3d / solaris 8.
That error is logged while remote client is accessing the db.

The system error 32 shows broken pipe problem.
The fputcxdll part in the error sows that progress was using put statement when broken pipe was encountered (it make sence in my case).

That is all I know.

This error appears when you have had a remote disconnection while updating the database
