Error Message to be displayed below the DOM element always

Hello, I have noticed that the unique field combination trigger and required fields show the error messages below the field itself on form submission whereas the validation trigger shows the error message on the top right. It would be great if we could have all the errors related to DOM elements below the element itself rather than the message box on the top right.
