Error # 5889 after upgrading to OE 10.2B

we are getting below error:
Unexpected error occurred while processing method/statement
ENABLE-EVENTS.
Element not found.
<Program name> (5889)


Please let us know patches required for this.

This is on a com-object? Have you installed the latest 10.2B service pack (04). See Progress Knowledge base ID P171521.

Hi we have sp03 for OE .Not aware of sp04 for OE

10.2B04 has been available since the end of March 2011.

The readmesp.txt contains:

Issue Number: OE00199615
ENABLE-EVENTS reports failure using InternetExplorer COM object

Calling ENABLE-EVENTS() on the COM automation object
InternetExplorer.Application, incorrectly returns NO if Internet Explorer8 is used. Without NO-ERROR, you would see this error message:

"Unexpected error occurred while processing method/statementENABLE-EVENTS. Element not found. <Program name> (5889)"

Even though this all indicates that the method failed, the COM events arein fact caught and handled correctly.

But according to the earlier mentioned Progress Knowledge Base ID this was solved in 10.2B03 so should not be an issue in your version.
