Basically, your ASN is incomplete.
You can understand Turnaround data as information received that will be "returned".
In this case, when receiving Forecast (830 or DELFOR) and/or Release (862 or DELJIT) files, you received stockLocation information along with the requirement quantity and date, corresponding to each line.
This means, when you shipped, in your shipper you must have selected the corresponding requirement line with the information (turnaround data) to be included, along with the quantity to be picked.
You can check this on 35.9.18 or 19 Turnaround Data Browse or Report, respectively.
Two things could have happened, either the turn around data was not received properly (customer sent it incompletely or your QAD did not mapped it correctly) or turnaround data was not sent properly (shipper was created with the wrong requirement lines or added manually.
Your IT team can support on adding the turnaround data manually if needed, or else, use a different shipper with all the data needed for the ASN.
