Hi Progress talker,

Progress 9.1 D09 develop with ADM2 tool on WIN 2003 server.

With Webclient application assembler j have created the cab and when j download the application with internet explorer the system replies

" Unable to open or create temp\lbi03692, error 2 (354) "

Why ?
J have set the system variable to c:\temp and in the application root dir (in the webclient application assembler) there is the folder named "temp".

sounds like the file already exists, try starting webclient again..

I find that if I don't clean down the directories then this error will happen... and it happens a fair bit to be honest - I've trained the users to ignore that message, until I can find the time to do housework on the temp directories..

Alternatively.. if you're using MS Internet Explorer 7 - DON'T!! WebClient does not work with ie7 - install MS Internet Explorer 6 instead.. should work if your problem is installation on this box..
