Doesn't print variable's value on the label field

We need to print an identification labels on Item receipt to warehouse.
Printing in standart format(A) gives us good result, but printing from
template format (B) AIM does not gives a variable field (~SITE~, ~REF~,
etc). The field are printing without symbol "~" (SITE, REF, PART, etc.).
The label from template are printed, but only with static fields. I set
all parameters to print identification by AIM user guide (80.1.1, 80.5.1,
80.4.5, 80.3.9, 80.20.1).
We tried to print identification with label printer Zebra 2844-Z and
standart HP office printer. On both printers we getting the same result.


Very please help, it is terribly urgent matter!!!
