Does QAD 2007 eb2.1 Sp5 support Vietnamese language?

Does QAD 2007 eb2.1 Sp5 can key vietnamese language on description field all? my customer want to key their clients name with vietnamese language with unicode.
They ask us but we no sure to ans.
Does anyone pls help us ?
