Dockmanager issue

We created a Window container containing an ultraPanel and a 'Commandbar' user control. This 'Commandbar' control contains a MS Menustrip and MS Toolstrip. At runtime these are realised and populated, the ultraPanel is used to embed an ABL Window. Now we want to add docking panes (also at runtime) using the Infragistics UltraDockManager. The result is looking good except an undesired behaviour. We are able to 'dock' the panes to the left, right and above the 'Commandbar' user control. Replacing the 'Commandbar' user control with a MS Menustrip control doesn't show this behaviour. Any ideas how to solve this?

If you are still searching, this might help you.
We've had the same issue with CodeJock controls (DockingPanes & CommandBars). The solution was to "link" both controls. This is done through the method "SetCommandBars()" of the DockingPane control. May be something similar must be done with Infragistics components.
