Director of Information Technology. Successful candidate will :
Direct information technology budgeting, strategic and tactical information planning, business process
re-engineering, and database system strategy.
Oversee planning and implementation of all business information systems, such as sales,
operations, accounting and internal communications.
Identify user needs and direct building of IT teams to work across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
Excellent communications skills at all levels within the organization.
Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with all departments.
Extensive project management experience using critical path implementation approach.
Prior experience as the overall IT director of a small to mid-sized company.
Experience and understanding of Wide Area Network.
Experience directing programmers developing internal software applications.
Education and/or experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer field. 1-2 years experience in similar position of working in
an executive capacity managing an IT staff of 8-12 people in a variety of disciplines.
