Question Determine If Schema Lock Is Held

Apart from actually trying to apply a schema change, is there a way to determine that someone has the schema lock, and who it is?

Progress KB - Is there a better way to recover from a schema lock time out issue ?

That KB has a program that scrapes the output from promon. As far as I know there isn't an associated VST to get the same information.

Been in that menu hundreds of times, including last week specifically looking for a way to find the schema lock, and still managed to not see it.
