data replication - Progress to Oracle

Hi All,

I’m looking for a solution to replicate large volumes of data from Progress9.1 to Oracle9i. I think Progress DataXtend RE might be a solution.

Has anybody used DataXtend RE (formerly PeerDirect) for similar purposes?

Use the progress data server for Oracle. You can connect directly to the Oracle database using the 4gl editor, and simply write a progress program to copy the data to the oracle database.
