Customer Duns#

Which field in QAD can be used to update the DUNS#, there doesn't seem to be an exclusive field to maintain them.

Can repurpose fax field(ad_fax) in customer data maintenance but this may be used in the future for any doc export.
Do see ad_fax2 field but not sure how is this updated, the Business Relation doesn't have a FAX2 field to update .
Other option would be to create a user defined field.

How are you'll maintaining the DUNS for the customers?

In Enterprise Edition, at customer maintenance level, Credit TAB there is a fields called "Credit Agency Reference". That is the one.

In fact, it makes reference in the field explanation that D&B is one of the common agencies. The field name in EE table customer table (Debtor) is DebtorDBNumber.

In the same tab, this field is followed by field "Credit Rating" where you would put the credit rating the agency provides.

I can't recall the screen-name of the corresponding field in Standard Edition customer maintenance but the field name customer table (cm_mstr) is is cm_db.
