Creating Frames using Actuate 7

I want to create a report which when viewed through the browser will have 2 frames - A & B. Frame A should query the database (this can be done in Actuate) and get a date using which it will prepare a hyperlink. When I click on this hyperlink a new page should be displayed on Frame B. Can this be done in Actuate 7??
