Create table by coding

I don't think you really can; there is no P4GL equivalent of the CREATE TABLE statement. You might be able to by mucking around with CREATEing your own _file records and so on. Or, you perhaps could track down the .P files that the dictionary runs to create tables, and see how they work.
 
Why do you want to do this?

Are you familiar with the data dictionary and the load .df functionality? Is there a reason why you wouldn't create a .df file and use that function?
