Copying files

Im using open edge 10.2b. I'm trying to copy a whole folder to another folder. So I've got my program folder ..\system which has got code in lots of sub folders and im wondering how to copy this into another folder a dummy one.

I know about os-copy but then id have go thru every file and not sure how i would then create the sub folders. is there a command I can just copy the whole folder?
 
well the whole idea was for the software to copy a directoy of code into a folder and compile in a said "dummy" directory so it doesnt touch the live code until its ready, but im using something else now.
