Convert Report Builder to Crystal

I am looking for a tool/service to conver some report builder reports to Crystal.

Don't expect to find one ... the Report Builder market isn't big enough to warrant the effort, even if it was conceptually possible. In general, I haven't seen much in the way of converting reporting tool A to reporting tool B because the underlying architectures are so different.

I have decicded to install a copy of Progress 9.1c on a "sandbox" server - Windows Server 2003 R2 - so I can at least open these Report Builder reports to see what they are doing. After installing it and the patches I have, the Progress Exprorer reports the following:

MMC could not create the snap-in.

The patch file I have is call 91C27. Will 9.1C run on WS2K3? Do I need another patch?
