Database broker startup parameters are documented in the Reference section of the Database Administration manual. All startup parameters, client and broker, are documented in the Startup Command and Parameter Reference manual.
 
Sounds like you need training or a consultant. The scope of your questions are starting to fall outside the realms of what people would be willing to help with in such a forum.
 
yeah i think so but right now i need an immediate solution because the only one left IT in my company except my manager. maybe i will try to connect the dot everything what you all suggested
