Progress availibility guide.
I noticed that there where some perculiar changes in the availablity guide. I always have the habbit of saving these pdf documents.
The December version of the availabilty guide version gave the following requirements for OS:

AIX: 5L v5.3
Linux: Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS/ES/WS 4.0 (update 4)

Somewhere between then and now this changed to:
AIX: 5L v5.3 (TL 7)
Linux: Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS/ES/WS 4.0 (update 5)

Small change for someone who makes documents, big change for me (well many of our customers).

Some more stuff I don't understand:
ODBC driver for windows is with version 10.1B and 10.1C and 64-bit windows installed where it should be (all in wow6432node), but somehow in OE10.2A they forgot they had to install it there and they install it in the 64 bit part of the registry.

Another thing:
Why does Progress call there odbc drivers for there 64-bit products 64 bit drivers, while they are (except 1) not native 64-bit drivers, they still use 32 bit libraries...

And the last thing:
Why is the 64 bit Progress version for Windows not available via a PSDN subscription?

Well, just some stuff I wanted to share :awink:

Have fun,

Casper.
