We also use Installshield to perform upgrades and one of the main issues we have with getting clients up to a newer version of OpenEdge is having to ensure its upgraded before hand. The more customers we get the more off an issue this becomes. Being able to build in an upgrade into some sort of install mechanism would be fantastic.
