Columns in a browse

Hi I'm using open edge 10.2b. Does a column object within a browse know what number it is? e.g. the index of it? Column 1 etc for the life of me can’t see attribute for it. I am just being blind?

There are a number of work arounds U can use. U can use the column attribute to return an integer, have a look at the COLUMN-LABEL attribute
