Allow chart components that are labeled with values to give the option to format the value like the field they are based on. Example: When creating a column chart with a Y axis based on a field labeled cost and a type of currency, the chart's values listed for the Y column or specific values on the columns themselves would be formatted like currency ('$' and '.00' as appropriate).
