Change environment from one server to another

Hello all
i'm using QAD 20091ee with progress DLC 9.1e
i have my prod server which contains also 2 other env (test, train) besides the prod env
i want to separate those 2 env from the actual server to an other server.
is some one has a procedure how to move an envirement from one server to an other or at least what i have to pay attaention on it (files , scripts programs and so on ...)
