I am working through the steps outlined in the cgiip.wsc file for creating the File Association for IIS 4.0. At the very end it mentions that "Two formats are supported:"

I interest in option 2 but am not clear of what really I need to do. I think I need to edit a parameter on my ubroker.properties but I am not sure which. Do I need to add a -1 brokername to the controllingNameServer control parameter?
