Cannot use the reports after DB migration to upper version

I have migrated the progress db to version 10.2b from 9.1D. Now I cannot use the reports which are developed using the report builder. Is there any solution for this?

The Report Builder has been retired by Progress with Progress V8. The run time components of it have been part of the Progress V9 and OE10 installation as of OE10.1c. Don't know about OE10.2b but I suspect they are still there.

What is the exact error message you get?

Error No : 642

Disconnected because of PROGRESS client/server version mismatch. (642)

The PROGRESS server you have connected to is a different version from the one expected. This may be because it is for an ORACLE or RMS database and not PROGRESS (that is, the database type doesn't match, or that one is Version 5 of PROGRESS and the other Version 6 etc.).

Looks like the server is still running 9.1D? Or the client... one of the two...

Without further information I do speculate that you are trying to run V9-compiled r-files against the OE 10.2b database. If you check your PROPATH, where does the r-files for the report builder get picked up (in a Progress/OpenEdge installation you should have a folder "gui" and beneath that an "aderb" folder) ?
