Can you use Debugger in Webspeed

Anyone use te debugger in webspeed. I have tried launching the debugger from a program and it doesnt seem to work. I have started the proDegubEnable .... set session:debug-alert = true just in case.... and get nothing. Any thoughts ideas or examples would be greatly appreciated.

We are using openedge 10.0B, win xp pro.
